Default Smart Balance Butter & Mayo

I have been using these as my fat and am wondering if they are within stats and if they should be considered a fat. How much can I have of each as a serving? Thanks!

    Smart Balance Heart Right Light- 1 Tbsp serving= 45 cal/5g fat/80 mg sodium/0g carb/0g protein

I also have another smart balance butter that comes in a 2 pack of little containers that doesn't have the nutritional info on the container (I will check on this next time I am in the store).

    Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayo dressing- 1 tbsp serving= 50 cal/4.5g fat/115mg sodium/2g carb/0g protein

    I also have the Smart Balance Buttery sticks (1 tbsp= 100 cal/11g fat/100mg sodium/0g protein) that I haven't used yet.

Chubbybiker ~ Thanks so much for that list. I've been on NS for a couple of years and have never seen it. I appreciate it!

Both work as a fat serving. You are looking for about 45 calories and 5 grams of fat.

Lost 45 pounds and maintaining since 4/2/09
