I am rejoining Nutrisystem after being on it last year and I really want to be successful this time around. I have over 100 pounds to lose, so I need to add some extra food to my diet until I lose some weight. I'm trying to find a list of PowerFuel foods. What is listed on page 10-11 is so limited. Is there a list of foods to choose from that is printed or on the website somewhere that I am missing?

Welcome back, Jen! You're right, if you have over 100 lbs to lose, add one extra SmartCarb to your breakfast and one extra PowerFuel to your lunch everyday.
