I put some in my shake. I also mix some up and make PB2 sandwiches with my NS chocolate chip cookies! Also put it on bananas!!
I love to mix up 2 Tbsp of it, and have it on a whole grain bagel thin (SC) with sf jelly. I believe that 1 Tbsp is a limited extra, 4 Tbsp is a PF...I count my 2 Tbsp as 1/2 PF, I hope that is correct. Or you can add 1 Tbsp (Limited extra) into your daily PD, to add a little variety. Or maybe mix a little up to use as dip for your veggies.
