I don't think there would be enough nutrients, you would have to add something like whey protein to the juice and not sure that would be enough.
I'm finding I like veggies more than I like being fat.

I cannot imagine why you would do a juice fast. It will not jumpstart your weightloss. As a matter of fact, it may stall your weightloss because after an initial loss due to fasting (i.e. starving), you will gain weight the moment you add "real" food to your day.

Severely slashing calories will result in weight loss, but not the right kind. You will lose water, some fat, and muscle loss. The muscle loss will ultimately decrease your metabolism and your body will need fewer calories to survive. Don't cut calories below 1,200 per day! People who lose weight too quickly, tend to pack it on with more fat and less muscle which lowers their metabolism and calorie needs.
The reality of the situation is that if you want to lose weight you have to eat right and exercise…period!

That was one of my first thoughts, because I feel I haven't had my fruit if I drink it instead of eat it ... feel cheated out of it. Fruit is almost as hard for me to resist as chocolate, though. Given a choice at Mimi's Café where it comes with the breakfast I order, I do chose the Tomato Juice, because it is a treat for me. I don't buy it for the house because of the high sodium (blood pressure goes up just reading the can).
Yes, as the others have posted, doesn't sound like a wise, healthy decision, and NS does work if you follow the program as written; and the OP does appear to be off to a good start!

Sure, go ahead if you want to suffer from headaches, exhaustion and extreme hunger for the next 7 to 10 days.
You're only going to regain most of the weight when you start eating again.
