Default Early Thanksgiving pumpkin pie help

I am having an early Thanksgiving dinner this weekend and I promised my son I would bake him a "normal" pumpkin pie. However since being on the program I do not buy eggs anymore. I buy egg substitute. Can I use egg sub in a "normal" pumpkin pie. I don't see why not but I figured I would check before I bake. It calls for 2 eggs. By the way, Peter's Crustless Pumpkin Pie is also being served so the rest of us are not deprived!

Yes, there's no problem using egg substitute. He won't be able to tell. 1/2 cup is equivalent to 2 large eggs.

Thanks Peter! I thought so...and I will let you know how I do with the Crustless Pumpkin Pie. I went to NJ this weekend and bought several Princess Pie Pumpkins! I refuse to use canned pumpkin! I love this time of year!! Also serving the Baked Butternut Squash with Apple Cranberry and your Apple Cake. This is going to be one Peter inspired dinner!!! Happy Thanksgiving...early!
