    Default Kashi Hummus Crisps

They come in 3 flavors. Here are the stats for Carmalized Onion flavor:
    Serving: 27 chips
    Calories: 120
    Total Fat: 3.5g
    Sodium: 190mg
    Protein: 3g
Ingredients: Chickpeas, Kashi Cracked Seven whole grain blend (whole oats, hard red wheat, rye, brown rice, triticale, barley, buckwheat), long grain brown rice flour, spices etc.

    Good carb?

    Hi sml3,
One of the senior members: dmw66 said it was a SmartCarb. I just bought these and I think they are great, but since I am a newbie, I'm being extremely careful in how many I eat.

You can safely eat up to 27 of them for a SmartCarb serving.

Yes, I neglected to list the fiber! Sorry if this has been asked before. I did a search and nothing came up. The onion ones are delicious. I will have to make sure I count them out and baggie them up so I don't go too wild like it would be easy to do snacking out of the large bag! I agree that it might be a good idea to not eat all 27 chips and max out the 120 calories. 27 chips is quite a few anyway as they are decent size.

I just tried them last week and really liked the Onion flavor. I used the new greek yogurt dips by Oikos (25 calories per 2 TBS serving). WOW! What a great combo!

Can you expand on the "new greek yogurt dips by Oikos" .. what are these? any links for this? thank you... I am also thinking, how do you think actually using those Kashi hummus crisps with actual hummus ...as a lunch? Can someone point me to the chart that has just how many calories, fat, ect should be for each meal? I know I havent been using the discussion boards for a while, but I am just about at my goal..48 pounds I am looking to change the foods I am eating each day..kind of like a maintenance.. thanks everyone and happy 4th of July

These sound yummy! Kashi products are among my favorites. I'll have to check the local health food stores for them.
