    Default Order is wrong. Help

    Can anyone tell me why if I was told I was getting and ordered the 28 day variety pack of regular shakes (with a shaker) auto delivery why I would get ALL chocolate Engergizing and carb crushers (only 14 packs)?? The special was 39.99 for the one I ordered but are sending me the other for the same price. I knew with the problems that I had just placing the order that this was going to be the start of a multitude of issues. How do I get this fixed?

    Yes, I will tomorrow. I was just wondering if this had happened to other people and what the chances are that NS will take responsibility for their mistake and fix it.

    If the rep doesn't help you to your satisfaction, ask for a supervisor. They should make it good. I've been here since Feb 2006 (yes, a lifer...LOL) and have always found them very reasonable and willing to help. Good luck.
