    Default Fast 5 menu?

    I have gained some and want to try the fast 5.
    I have enough food here so I don't have to order.
    Could some one post the fast 5 menu? Is it; the 4 NS entrées, 2 shakes and 4 veggies for 7 days?

    It's just 3 NS entrees (no dessert). The EnergiZing shake can be replaced with 1 PF. The CraveCrusher shake can be replaced with 1PF and 1 SC. That and at least 4 veggie servings.

    NS breakfast
    EnergiZing Shake
    NS lunch
    CraveCrusher Shake
    NS dinner

    Plus the 4+veggies

    Yes, 7 days

    Okay 2 days on fast 5 and I have lost 3 pounds.

    What is the calorie count on fast 5? I only get up to about 950 but I am not hungry.

    dont have enough energizing shakes, what can i use in replace of it? can i use regular protien shakes?

    Yes. Keep it to 100 - 120 calories with approx 15g or more of protein.

    I drink my regular protein shakes. The NS energizing shake has a lot of caffeine in it. I have sore breasts and the doc said to watch my caffeine. So my caffeine is my coffee in the morning.

    That's fine. The reason I was asking is because the Craving Crusher shake counts as 1 PowerFuel and 1 SmartCarb whereas the Energizing shake is 1 PowerFuel. So, you should be adding a SmartCarb to the afternoon shake. Craving Crusher has 160 calories, so if the shake you are using has 100 calories, I would add 60 calories of fruit.

    I only have 2 energizing shakes left and wanted to try fast 5..

    I do have lots of protein shakes (didnt know if i can use to sub energizing shakes)
    and I have lots of craving crushers

    3 days, down another 1/2 pound. Total of 3 1/2. (I cheated a little yesterday. I had some/very little bit of chip dip left from Sunday and my son won't eat it so I had to finish it off, LOL.)
